With the HR strategy deployment, the stability of the workforce was enhanced which led to a 60% and up of recurrent revenue raise under his leadership in ten years.  Apart from achieving business success, he is leading Cityray to be a social responsible corporation and achieving several awards including Manpower Developer Grand Prize Award, Caring company 5+ award, Social Capital Builder Award, Drive for Corporate Citizenship, Family-friendly Employer and Happy Company by HKSAR government bureau and statutory bodies. Lawrence was invited to be a member of Focus Group for Youth Training, appointed by Employees Retraining Board (ERB) in 2019 to give advisory on the courses design for youth.
