Mr. Francis Mok

With over 25 years of experiences in Management Training, leadership Development, Human Resources Management education, Francis spent most of his time in recent years in corporate human capital, talent management, performance management, business process improvement and workforce planning.

He Led the HR function with a wide range of corporations and companies during his corporate life, including MTR, Jebsen and Co, AIA, Urban Renewal Authorities and Hutchison Ports, transforming HR practices and building leadership pipelines for business sustainability.

He is also an experienced executive coach helping business leaders to identify their personal growth space to achieve greater levels of success.

A Fellow Member of the HKIHRM, Francis was the President of the HKIHRM from June 2010 to May 2014, leading the establishment and promotion of professional HR standards in Hong Kong. He was also the Past President of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM) 2010 to 2012. The APFHRM is the network of HR and people management associations’ representative countries in the Asia Pacific region, which is one of the continental federations of the World Federation of People Management Associations.

Francis holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
