With over 6 years of experience in Human Resources professional in different multi-national corporates, Chiu is specialized in experiential training since 2007. He is a professional experiential trainer in management and leadership skills, communication skills, team building and personal development.
Chiu has over 13 years of experience of designing and delivering experiential training for the Government of HKSAR, well-known corporates, and education sectors, such as Civil Service Training & Development Institute, Customs and Excise Department, Education Bureau, General Grades Office, Immigration Department, Airport Authority Hong Kong, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, China CITIC Bank International Ltd., Dairy Farm Company Ltd, Hang Seng Bank, Jardine Restaurants Group, and Hong Kong Baptist University.
Beside Chiu had been educated as a HR professional; he also granted the recognition as an adventure trainer, challenge course instructor, and rope access & rescue operator. He also is a certified Jigsaw Discovery Tool Facilitator, certified Points Of You® Level 1 Explorer, and NLP Master Practitioner. In addition, he has been an assistant expedition leader for the Mt. Kilimanjaro Expedition 2008, Mt. Elbrus Expedition 2010, and Japan Winter Expedition 2011, which is also organized by Adventure Plus Consultant Ltd.
According to Chiu’s professional background and working experiences, he is keen on combining the business world and experiential training together to provide tailor-made training programmes to the clients and satisfying their training needs.
