He has held various strategic sales and leadership positions in I.T., Telecommunication, as well as business consultancy sectors serving key global players such as Ingram Micro Inc., Sprint Canada Inc., SBC DataComm in Canada; and Wilson Learning Worldwide in the Greater China Region.
Passionate in effective communication, experiential learning, and continuous development; Tony has proactively taken on contributing roles of Team & Individual Executive Coach, Learning Journey Developer/Facilitator, and Lead Consultant in industry-leader focused talent development engagements.

Through delivering talent development and executive coaching services to customer-experience oriented industries such as luxury automotive, luxury retail, pharmaceutical, leading global cosmetics, and investment banking since 2006; Tony consults on strategizing and implementing effective customer-facing selling, service, and leadership transformation solutions in both organization inward and outward focuses.
